MS Attire – Refund Policy

At MS Attire, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size (only if you ordered the correct one).

  • The product has a major defect in stitching or fabric.

2. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • You must provide clear photos and videos as proof.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Color difference due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.

  • Used or washed items.

  • Sale or discounted items.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • You must return the product to us through courier.

  • After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), MS Attire will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the customer requests a refund for any other reason, the customer will pay the return shipping fee.
