All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Sale or high-demand season mein processing time slightly increase ho sakta hai.

2. Delivery Time

Nationwide delivery usually 3–5 working days leti hai. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

4. Order Confirmation

Har parcel ship karne se pehle call ya WhatsApp par confirm kiya jata hai.

Unconfirmed orders dispatch nahi kiye jate.

5. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.

Parcel receive karte waqt payment karna zaroori hai.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

Agar parcel damaged ho ya wrong product receive ho, customer ko 24 hours ke andar WhatsApp par parcel opening video share karna hoga.
